A suspect in custody after a weekend shooting at an Upstate Waffle House that left two people injured. As we previously reported, the Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at the Augusta Road location, early Saturday morning.
Investigators say, an argument lead to the shooting which wounded a man and woman, however both are expected to recover. Deputies have arrested 20-year-old Malachi Jamel Mitchell. He's charged him with attempted murder, first-degree assault and a weapons violation.
