Two people have been hospitalized and a suspect has been taken into custody after a weekend stabbing in Spartanburg County. Deputies responded to the area of Dunaway Road in the Roebuck Community, Saturday morning.
Upon arrival, deputies found two men suffering from knife wounds. Both men were taken to Spartanburg Regional Hospital and are both are expected to make a full recovery.
The Sheriff's Office says a fight led to the stabbing. The 2nd victim was reportedly trying to break up the fight.
The suspect Chrez Angel Resendiz-Trejo was arrested on charges of attempted murder, first degree assault and multiple weapons violations.
