A Greenville man is set to spend well over a decade behind bars for child sex crime charges. The 13th Circuit Solicitors Office says 44 year old, Brian Carl Mahnke entered guilty pleas on charges of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Court records show Mahnke sexually abused a 13 year old from the fall of 2021 until early 2022. Mahnke also provided the child with alcohol and marijuana.
Mahnke has been sentenced to 15 years in the South Carolina Department of Corrections.
