A Low Country man is facing charges after he allegedly posed as an ICE officer.
WCSC TV in Charleston is reporting that 33 year old, Sean Michael Emmrich Johnson is facing charges of kidnapping, 3rd degree assault and impersonating a law enforcement officer.

The Sullivan's Island Police Department says Johnson called 911 after he stopped a truck being driven by a Hispanic man, that he said did not have a drivers license.
Johnson told dispatchers "he doesn't have a license and yeah he's illegal". A video from inside the man's truck showed Johnson arguing with the driver of a pickup truck. Johnson also reportedly took the keys from the man's truck.
