Congresswoman Nancy Mace, who's running for Governor of South Carolina was in Greenville Monday to hold a town hall event at Bimini's Oyster Bar and Seafood.

During the event Mace, the self proclaimed "Trump in High Heels" compared herself to the President. Mace said "My policies are very much like Trump's. He's very common sense and conservative, but he's also socially sensible".
Mace spoke about a range of topics during the town hall including immigration. She says if elected she would push for local law enforcement agencies around the state to help with enforcing immigration law.

While the building was full for the event, Mace was met with some resistance. Some of her critics were on hand both inside and outside at the event.
