An investigation is underway after a man was found dead at an Upstate home. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office says, 38 year old Antonio Vanoy Hill Jr. was found dead at his residence in Woodruff Friday afternoon. The coroner's office says the death was suspicious.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says they are treating this case as a murder. A forensics autopsy is set for Saturday to determine more details regarding the death.
