A shooting at an Upstate apartment complex over the weekend, left one person behind bars. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to the Ardmore Spring Apartments just East of Greenville, around 9:30 PM Sunday.
The suspect 30 year old Nigel Owens was arrested in connection with the incident. Investigators say, Owens had been in an argument with another resident and fired a gun near the complex's pool.
No injuries were reported in the shooting. Owens was taken into custody and is charged with breach of peace and assault.
