A fatal collision shut down part of Wade Hampton Boulevard, Wednesday morning. The deadly crash involved a pedestrian and happened at the intersection of West Wade Hampton Boulevard and North Main Street in Greer.
Emergency personnel says the crash shut down the westbound lanes of Wade Hampton and diverted traffic onto North Main as crews responded to the scene. According to Greer Police, all lanes of Wade Hampton Boulevard were back open by, Wednesday afternoon .
The identity of the deceased has not yet been released and no further details have been released, as of the time of this report.
