An arrest has been made after a bicyclist was killed in a crash Western North Carolina. The Asheville Police Department responded to the 300 block of Swannanoa River Road on the city's Eastside, Thursday morning.
Upon arrival, officers found a man dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as 26 year old, Alexander Rozos. Police say he was hit by a box truck and the driver fled the scene.
47 year old, Mauricio Roberto Delgado he was charged with fatal hit and run. The crash remains under investigation
