The Laurens County Coroner's Office confirms one of the three people shot during a fight at a birthday party Saturday night is dead. Despite the best efforts of EMTs and Laurens County Hospital ER doctors, 37-year-old Darren Hill died of his wounds. Two others are in the hospital.
The shooting broke out on Highway 221 South in the Waterloo Community, No word yet on what led to the gunfire. No arrest reported in the case so far. SLED is joining the Laurens County Sheriff's office investigation
