A Seneca man remains in jail, pending extradition, after his arrest this week on a Fugitive from Justice charge in relation to a child sex crime investigation from the state of Michigan. 26 year old, Zachary Ty Jackson was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center Sunday night.
An Oconee County Sheriff's deputy made a traffic stop after receiving information from Michigan authorities that Jackson was driving a 2008 Honda Accord associated with felony charges in Michigan.
Jackson is wanted by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office for Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
