A Seneca teenager is facing charges after a disturbance on the Utica Mill Hill, Wednesday night. The Oconee County Sheriff's Office responded to a disturbance call at a home on Goddard Avenue, last night.
Upon arrival, they found a woman in an argument with 18 year old, Anthony Daniel Harris. He then fled the scene as deputies arrived and a chase ensued. Harris later returned to the scene and was taken into custody. He was reportedly found with meth on his person when arrested.
The victim told Deputies that Harris had pointed a gun at here and another woman inside the home. When they locked him out, he then pointed the gun through a window at one of them. Harris is charged with 1st degree burglary, pointing and presenting a gun, possession of meth and a weapons violation.
