In less than a month time will change as clocks fallback one hour Sunday. November 5th. Over the years there's been much debate over doing away with time changes. Some states such as Arizona and Hawaii do not recognize daylight savings time and clocks do not change twice a year. Should the Carolinas and Georgia join that group?
