A ranking Upstate Deputy is now behind bars. SLED says 39 year old, Mark Grayson Davis is charged with intent to distribute meth and misconduct in office. Davis is a Lieutenant in the Greenwood County Sheriff's Office.
Arrest records say, that Davis used his authority to coerce an informant into purchasing meth for Davis' personal use, which led to the charges. Davis was arrested Tuesday and was booked in Greenwood County.
