The tricycle was stolen from a home in the Salem area sometime between this past weekend and Wednesday. The tricycle is specially made for those with special needs and sells for as much as $2,700 dollars according to online data.
The tricycle was stolen from a family with a special needs child who has endured incredible challenges throughout her life. The tricycle was reportedly last seen in the Flat Shoals neighborhood was Salem, which locals say is a known hot spot for criminal activity.
