An arrest has been made after a hit and run in the Upstate left a 5 year old boy on life support. As we previously reported, five year old Jeremiah Gregory was crossing the road when he was hit by a car on South Pinckney St in Union, just before 1030 the night of March 2nd.
The boy was taken to the Greenville Children's Hospital to be treated for brain damage and broken bones. The Union Police Department says the driver 23 year old, Beri Ayers of Union was arrested Wednesday. She's charged with hit and run with great bodily injury.
