The suspect driver in a fatal DUI crash in the Upstate, has been denied bond again. As we previously reported, Matthew Thimons was arrested after a deadly crash in July on LaFrance Road in Anderson County.
36 year old Christopher Price was killed in the crash, leaving behind a wife and children. Thimons was charged with fatal DUI and was denied bond initially.
He was back in court Wednesday and his request for bond was again rejected.
