The now 6 year old boy who was hit by a vehicle in the Upstate late last week, underwent surgery Tuesday and is said to be back in the ICU at a local hospital.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol says the child was in the roadway on Palomino Drive in Spartanburg County, Friday afternoon. The boy, Landon Dyson turned 6 years old, Tuesday.
Dyson's long road to recovery continues after he was pinned under the vehicle. 1st responders who helped save the boy visited with him Tuesday to celebrate his birthday.
