An Upstate man was hospitalized after literally being stabbed in the back on Independence Day. The Union County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported stabbing just before 10PM, last night in the Buffalo Community.
The victim suffered a stab wound to the back and was transported to a local hospital.
No arrests have been announced and there's been no word on the victim's condition. The incident remains under investigation by the Union County Sheriff's Office.
