A Spartanburg man is dead after a crash in Laurens County, Wednesday afternoon. The crash happened just before 3PM at the intersection of Highway 72 and Charlottes Road in Clinton.
The Highway Patrol says a box truck and a Toyota SUV collided. There were three occupants in the Toyota, one was injured and another was pronounced dead.
The deceased has been identified as 54 year old, Nicolas Perez Mendez.
