An Upstate woman is dead after being attacked by her own dog, last week. The Anderson County Coroner's Office responded to a home on Orr Hill Road in Easley, around 9:30AM on July 21st.
Officials say a woman was trying to break a fight up between her dogs, when one of them turned on her. The victim was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital, where she died from her injuries, Tuesday afternoon.
The Coroner's Office has identified as 67 year old, Mary Ann Orr.
