Victim in fatal weekend shooting identified

The victim of a weekend shooting in the Upstate has now been identified. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting on Edwards Road in Taylors early Saturday morning. Upon arrival, deputies found a man dead on the scene, after he was shot multiple times. The victim has been identified as 27 year old, Joseph Smith. The Greenville County Coroner's Office has ruled that Smith's manner of death was homicide.
