The Upstate's "Whip Cream Bandit" has now been taken into custody. 22 year old, Andre Eugene Moore-Gerald turned himself in on Monday. The Greenville Police Department says he was wanted for assault after hitting a woman in the face with a plate of whip cream in Greenville last week. The lady was reportedly pushing a stroller when it occurred. Police say, there were multiple other reported incidents.
