A Western North Carolina man will spend time in prison after being convicted on child sex crime charges.
The Buncombe County District Attorney's Office says James Randal Cope has been convicted on two counts of indecent acts with a child.
An investigation by the Black Mountain Police Department. Cope has been sentenced to 32 months in prison.
