Most people in DFW have a favorite restaurant they’ve been going to for years. However, with new restaurants popping up throughout the metroplex, some are starting to find new go-to spots to eat. Now, a restaurant from Las Vegas that claims to be the “most Instagrammed restaurant in America” has decided to open up shop in DFW as well, and is looking to become a new favorite for many.
Sugar Factory American Brasserie opened in Las Vegas in 2009, and quickly became a hot spot attracting celebrities and countless viral photos. Now, they will be opening their first Texas location in DFW. Sugar Factory will take over the location previously held by Ruth’s Chris Steak House at 1900 Cedar Springs Road in Uptown. According to Dallas Eater, the restaurant is known for their decadent milkshakes, giant candy-colored cocktails and $99 “King Kong” sundaes.
Along with plenty of sweats, the restaurant also offers plenty of savory items such as pasta, burgers and steaks. Between the new Sugar Factory and viral star Salt Bae’s new DFW steakhouse, there are plenty of social media friendly food options in the area. This new restaurant is guaranteed to bring plenty of likes.
