We are just a few months away from Dallas’ newest luxury hotel opening its doors for business.
The Knox, Auberge Collection began accepting reservations yesterday for its anticipated opening date of January 29.
The 28-story luxury hotel and residence tower contains 140 hotel rooms and one of the most expensive suites in the city.
The rooms start at $1,000 a night, all the way to the $15,000 a night Manse suite, a 3,000-square-foot behemoth of a room that has its own media room, a couples massage treatment room, and a private fitness center.
Auberge Collection regional vice president and general manager Rick Fidel told the Dallas Morning News, “The hotel is going to bring in a new expression of luxury into Dallas. It’s been years in the making. It’s going to be set apart [from the market] with the unique attention to detail. The Knox is going to be distinctly Dallas, but it also has a global feel.”
The high-rise also includes 48 luxury condominiums, which range from $5 million to upward of $30 million. All but one of the condos have been purchased.
