Actor Luke Perry Hospitalized After Suffering Massive Stroke, Reports Say


Actor Luke Perry, of "Riverdale" and “Beverly Hills, 90210”, was hospitalized after suffering a massive stroke, according to multiple reports.

The fire department responded to calls from the 52-year-old actor’s Sherman Oaks home on Wednesday.  There is no word yet on his condition.

The “Riverdale” star is playing Archie’s dad, Fred Andrew’s, on the series, but he is best known as Dylan McKay on “Beverly Hills, 90210.”

Perry’s apparent medical emergency came as a reboot for the 1990’s hit was also announced. Much of the original cast is set to star again, but Perry has not yet signed on to the series.
