Man Saved By Hot Sauce in a Crash at Taco Bell

Taco Bell hot sauce does the body good!

A man was enjoying a meal at the fast food chain when he suddenly got up to get a hot sauce packet. Moments later, a car came crashing through the window of the Winter Haven, Florida, restaurant and into the table where the man had just been sitting.

The incident occurred when 77-year-old Emmanuel Akowuahaccidentally slammed his Nissan SUV into the restaurant thinking he was reversing out of his parking spot and hit the gas pedal with the car in drive instead.

The SUV finally stopped after plowing 10 feet into the Taco Bell. Neither Akowuah nor his wife, who was in the passenger seat, were injured. It’s unclear if he will be charged with a crime.

The hot sauce-loving diner was also unscathed in the bizarre crash and told police he credits the condiment for keeping him out of harm’s way.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the restaurant, which suffered significant damage.

This is the second time this year that Taco Bell’s hot sauce has saved the day.

It was just a few weeks ago that an Oregon man survived on nothing but the hot sauce for five days while stranded in a snowstorm in his car.

Sounds like everyone needs to act like Beyonce and keep some hot sauce in their bag!
