This adorable puppy is taking a step in the right direction. Milo was born unable to walk because his front paws were facing up instead of down.
But Oklahoma State University’s Center for Veterinary Health Sciences took care of that. Doctors say the 10-week-old beagle and coonhound mix was born with congenital elbow dislocation.
