Travis Scott is being sued for backing out of a concert two days after his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, gave birth to their daughter Stormi.
Scott was scheduled to perform at Myth Live, a nightclub near Minneapolis on February 3rd.
Stormi was born on February 1st.
PJAM, the entertainment company filing the lawsuit, claims the rapper was given $150,000 and his agent $10,000 in advance.
They claim the amount has not been paid back.
PJAM is also seeking damages for attorney fees, advertisement and event costs, lost profits, and travel costs for a private jet booked for Scott.
