Award-winning Italian Alt-rockers Måneskin have been flying high since their 2021 Eurovision win and breakthrough in the U.S. with a number of high octane singles.
As part of Audacy's 365-day-a-year I'm Listening initiative, the band recently spoke with us about the way each of the four members has been able to keep their mental health in check amid much-deserved worldwide success.

Singer Damiano David tells us that with all of their recent accomplishments, finding the space to take mental health into consideration can be "really hard," for each of them, "because we don't have any time free."
Damiano believes that their closeness as friends, as well as bandmates, is the key to each of the members' well-being. "I think that being four [of] us is very helpful and healthy because we support each other, and even in tough moments we always have someone to rely on," he says.

Damiano adds, "I think that for us this is the main thing and the main way we stay grounded and stay healthy... but yeah, it's not easy."
