Precinct Escorts Kids of Slain Cop to First Day of School

These cops are making sure the family of their fallen colleague gets the support they deserve.

Paul Tuozzolo was killed in 2016 by a gunman after responding to a 911 call.

While his two sons would be starting school without their dad, his NYPD precinct wanted to be there for their big day.

More than 30 officers came to the Tuozzolo’s home to see the boys off to their first day of school.

The cops even applauded for the bus when it arrived.

What an unforgettable day for these two tiny students.
