CHARLOTTE MOTOR SPEEDWAY STATEMENT REGARDING MAY 2020 NASCAR EVENTS
As part of NASCAR's revised 2020 schedule in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, NASCAR has made the following schedule changes to events at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
NASCAR All-Star Race weekend scheduled for May 15-16, 2020:
May 15 N.C. Education Lottery 200 NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series has been postponed to May 26 and will take place for on-air broadcast on FS1 at 8:00 PM but without spectators
May 16 NASCAR All-Star Race has been postponed to a yet-to-be determined date.
Coca-Cola 600 race weekend scheduled for May 22-24, 2020:
May 22 ARCA General Tire 150 has been postponed to a yet-to-be determined date.
May 23 United Rentals Patriot Nationals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte has been postponed to a yet-to-be determined date.
May 23 Alsco 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series Race has been postponed to May 25 and will take place for on-air broadcast on FS1 at 7:30 PM but without spectators
May 24 Coca-Cola 600 will take place for on-air broadcast on FOX at 6:00 PM but without spectators
Ticketholders on file may choose to receive an event credit for the full amount paid plus an additional 20%, or choose to receive a full refund of their purchase price.* The event credit can be applied toward any admissions, including, but not limited to, grandstand seating, infield tickets, camping, fan hospitality and pit passes. The 120% event credit can be used during the remaining 2020 or 2021 seasons for a NASCAR sanctioned event at any Speedway Motorsports owned track, subject to availability.
