The cops in Omaha had to stop by a 43 year old mans house this past weekend to remind him that he can't legally be nude in his backyard, especially since it's in view of neighboring children.
According to neighbors the man uses his hot tub and pool completely nude in his backyard.
So, the police figured they would simply stop by and let the man know that he shouldn't be naked in his backyard on Friday. The man challenged the police and asked what law he was breaking, and even told them they should spend more time fighting real crime and that this situation was "complete bullshi*!"
Then another call came in on Sunday from a mom who has a daughter that has a bedroom that is in view of the back yard.
The daughter was studying on Sunday, and let her mom know that she could see her neighbor in his birthday suit.
Mom thought it would be a good idea to get video of the man hopping out of his hot tub, and stretching in his back yard completely naked. The video also shows the mother panning the camera over to where a 3 year old is within view on a swing set roughly 3 feet from the nudist. The child isn't in the same yard, but the wooden fence is built in a way that the child would be able to see the man according to police. Police did make sure to note that the man did not touch or fondle himself in any way.
So, atleast he isn't that creepy...maybe he just loves being naked.
The naked news doesn't end here. Later on that same Sunday another neighbor reported being able to see naked guy out her kitchen window while doing dishes.
Later that day Police tried to issue him a ticket, but he was not home at the time.
