First of all, some good Florida news! Florida reported the lowest positive cases of Coronavirus since late June (when things tried to open up) and ER Visits/Hospitalizations are reportedly down about 60% since July. Keep wearing your mask, it's working!
In the meantime, over in Germany, Berlin is ready to open their brothels again with one big catch: no sex is allowed. Germany has more than 40,000 legal sex workers - all entited to employment contracts and benefits - and there have been protests for the brothels to open since early July.
If you remember back in may, the brothels in Switzerland opened back up and only allowed "safe sex positions" that required the customer and the provider to keep their faces "one forearm length away". Use your imagination.
So what can the brothels do if sex isn't allowed? Only 'erotic massages' for the time being until the restrictions may be relaxed next month.
