Florida-based duo, Sofi Tukker, are sure to prioritize mental health amidst their busy schedule and they shared some of their best practices in honor of Audacy’s I’m Listening initiative.

The duo’s Sophie Hawley-Weld was excited to share her top five personal recommendations for maintaining a positive mental health space alongside her duo mate  Tucker Halpern. 

“Number one — therapy,” she exclaimed. “I highly recommend.”

She continued on to share four additional best practices that help her stay healthy. “Number two — gratitude walks in the morning. Number three — journaling. Number four — meditating. Number five — having friends that you can talk about anything with. Number six — lean on your bandmate,” she giggled, referring to Halpern.

The pair is currently celebrating the release of their album new album, Wet Tennis, available now.
