No doubt your wallet is taking quite the hit right now, as it does every holiday season.

A new study from MattressNextDay found that their holiday debt is enough to keep 30% of Texans awake at night.


The biggest stressors during the holidays, following debt, include family dynamics, gift expectations, crowded stores, and time management.

Per CW 33, sleep expert Martin Seeley highlighted how important it is to prioritize sleep, especially during the holidays.

He said, "Seasonal stress can wreak havoc on your body's natural rhythm, leading to fatigue and poor concentration. Establishing a regular bedtime and adopting a calming pre-sleep routine can make a big difference."
