Earlier this month, the Ultimate Smoker & Grill from Justin, TX earned the Guinness World Record for being the world’s largest food truck!
The USG measures 76 ft 7.68 in long, 11 ft 1.07 in high, and 14 ft 11.92 in wide, and has been feeding hungry folks all over the south for almost three decades!
Guinness World Records Adjudicator Tina Shi visited Justin on October 10 to deem the USG the World’s Largest Food Truck. She said, “This was an extremely special experience of adjudicating this attempt, and I am amazed by the vehicle's well-equipped facilities, as well as its cleanliness and modern design.”
The USG is preparing to embark on a multi-state tour in 2027 to celebrate its 30th anniversary of operation.
