For most 90 year olds, the want to celebrate another birthday is long gone. However, for one man reaching the monumental age, he wanted to mark the occasion with an impromptu photo shoot. Now, the man’s photos are going viral, making his birthday celebration even more special.
Twitter user Karen Alea recently shared photos from her father’s 90th birthday, at his request. "My father turned 90 and wanted to do a photo shoot to be posted on social media even though he isn’t on it," said Alea. The photos quickly went viral, gaining over 600,000 likes, with many sending photos from their grandparent’s birthdays as well.
Many online appreciate the wholesome post, with some claiming this is exactly what they needed. In the photos, the birthday boy poses with his dog, by a piano and incorporates plenty of smiles. This photo shoot is likely to inspire many other birthday photos in the future.
