The Fort Worth Stockyards is one of North Texas’ premiere attractions. Unfortunately, the parking situation leaves much to be desired.
City leaders are hoping that changes though with the addition of a new, $14 million parking garage.
Last week, ground broke on the construction of the garage, which is expected to add nearly 250 parking spaces and increase parking capacity in the area by 32%, according to NBC DFW.
The parking garage is expected to be completed by fall of 2027.
