Not only did Ava Maybee show off her musical abilities, she did so while covering one of her dad’s band’s songs.
As seen in the video that has since gone viral, Los Angeles-based singer Ava Maybee covered the Red Hot Chili Peppers song ‘Universally Speaking.’ The talented singer turned the song into a piano ballad, according to Consequence of Sound. As many online pointed out, clearly musical talent runs in their family.
Since being shared, the video has received over 2,000 likes and many positive comments. Some fans are now hoping to see Ava Maybee hit the road with her father’s band. Maybe one day she will be able to belt out her version of the song along with the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
