A new study conducted by the Japanese iGaming hub eSportstars.io found that Texas is the tenth-rudest state for customer service in the nation.
According to CW33, the study analyzed 259.4 million written Google reviews of 970,749 venues across the country, with researchers tracking words related to rude service in reviews for restaurants, bars, stores and hotels.
The ten rudest states for customer service included:
1 – New Mexico
2 – Colorado
3 – Georgia
4 – Mississippi
5 – Michigan
6 – Alabama
7 – South Carolina
8 – Indiana
9 – Tennessee
10 – Texas
