Most drivers fear parallel parking. For most drivers around North Texas, the key to parallel parking is to continually circle the block until another spot opens up.
A new study from Compare the Market AU found Dallas to be eighth in the nation of drivers “least confident” in parallel parking.
According to the Dallas Observer, the study analyzed Google Analytics and social media sentiments to compare the parking anxiety levels across the 48 cities in the U.S.
Unfortunately in Dallas, new parking minimums for businesses were reduced meaning there are less available spots to park in heavy urban areas, which means a lot of drivers are going to be forced to parallel park when they are out and about in the city.
Or you could just keep circling the block until another spot opens up.
