It's not every day you see an NBA legend drunkenly crash the stage at a bar in Deep Ellum to sing the blues. But hey, anything can happen in Deep Ellum.
Patrons at the jazz venue/Cajun restaurant The Free Man were treated to a free show earlier this week, when NBA Hall of Famer, and Oak Cliff native, Dennis Rodman took the stage for a performance.
A video captured at The Free Man read, "Deep ellum is the only place you will see Dennis Rodman performing in the middle of day lol."
This apparently isn't an infrequent appearance, either.
Free Man owner John Jay Myer told the Dallas Observer, "Dennis comes in a lot, but this is the first time he sat in with The Free Loaders. It's always fun to see him, the guy is a hoot. He is my official ambassador to everywhere."
