It's been a mild summer in North Texas; heck, we've only had one triple digit day in the entire month of August.
But what does that mean for winter? Is all the heat we've missed out one going to rear its ugly head during Christmastime? According to the Farmer's Almanac, perhaps not.
Per MySA.com, the Farmer's Almanac is predicting a "cold and wet" winter for Texas in 2025, with snowfall potentially appearing as early as November, extending as late into mid-March!
Cold air will start to make its way into Texas in late September into early October, much earlier than we are used to.
The Farmer's Almanac is also predicting that "mostly North Texas" will have the highest chances of snow across the state in January, February, and March.
