Food is a huge part of Super Bowl Sunday, as some argue it’s just as important as the actual game. Now, a DFW favorite has decided to join the party for the first time ever. Fletcher’s Original State Fair Corny Dogs announced they will be selling their battered and fried franks on Super Bowl Sunday.
When the 2020 State Fair was cancelled, Fletcher’s made sure everyone in DFW had a chance to get their state fair favorite, by partnering with Golden Chick and holding pop up events throughout the metroplex. Now, they have decided to bring their beloved franks back for the Super Bowl. “It’s also a known fact that Texans love anything fried that you can slather in a sauce — which makes a Fletcher’s corny dog the perfect food for your Super Bowl party,” said GG Fletcher, the Fletcher’s family matriarch.
Customers looking to eat Fletcher’s corny dogs this Sunday must place an order online by 10 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4, with pick-up between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Super Bowl Sunday, in Highland Village or North Dallas.
Orders for can be placed here. The Cowboys may not be in the Super Bowl, but with Fletcher’s this may be the best Super Bowl ever.
