Police first began monitoring a home in North Fort Worth after receiving reports from neighborhood residents that a man had hopped a fence to enter a home.
This investigation led to a discovery of a "chop shop," where police found THOUSANDS of dollars worth of stolen vehicles, materials, and most notably…a mechanical bull!
What parts could be scrapped and sold from a mechanical bull we do not know, but according to WFAA, at the property in the 2800 block of Northwest 28th Street in Fort Worth, police found 15 stolen vehicles, ranging from cars and trucks to motorcycles and SUVs, two trailers full of stolen tools and construction equipment, new rims and tires, and the mechanical bull.
The suspects weren't at the location when police arrived, and they remain at large, the police said.
Police said the stolen vehicles have been linked to cases out of Roanoke, Carrollton and Fort Worth, with some being linked to cases from Tarrant County College and as far away as Mississippi.
