Just what the heck is in the water in Garland?
City officials are trying to find out why, or how, water in a creek near Tinsley Park started to get a little too cloudy for comfort.
According to FOX 4, there are not believed to be any breaks in the city's water and wastewater lines, and tests from Health and Water Utilities found nothing hazardous.
Still, residents are asked to stay out of the creek while work to clean it up continues.
Crews will pump the cloudy water out of the creek and replace it with fresh water upstream.
