Remember the days of packing the family into the car to head to the library?  Well today, for residents of Grand Prairie the library comes to you!

Grand Prairie Libraries just announced they will adding two mobile library vehicles to their services, which according to NBC DFW will feature 1700 books in English and Spanish, as well as DVDs and audiobooks for all ages to check out.

Each mobile library will also feature laptops and a printer for internet access, email, scanning, and printing. WIFI will also be available in and around the buses.

One of the mobile libraries will have scheduled stops around the city during the week, and the other will be used during events downtown.
