There are two types of people during a tornado, those that go outside to watch the destruction, and those that take cover in fear of getting hit by the tornado. Almost every Texan has experienced both of the scenarios, but apparently in Georgia there is a third type of reaction; those that stay still and let the tornado come to them. That’s exactly what one man did recently as a tornado approached him on a golf course, and luckily he thought to pull out his phone and capture the experience.

Cliff Horton was at the Black Creek Golf Club in Georgia’s Bryant County this week when storms started to move in. As a tornado formed nearby, Horton went to the golf course’s club house, but decided to take out his phone and record the tornado moving towards him. As seen in the series of videos, the tornado quickly approaches, before the final scene where the wind spinning can be seen right in front of Horton.

According to Bro Bible, the video went viral after it was shared by Horton’s stepdaughter. Many couldn’t believe Horton stayed put as the tornado approached instead of taking cover. Luckily, Horton made it out unscathed. Sadly for the other golfers at the club, their hole in one story won’t seem as interesting now whenever Horton is around.
